Hello my name is Oscar Cha (Class of 2021). I created this blog to assist with my desire to play college baseball.

It feels like a golden age in baseball with the latest technical advancements in data gathering and analysis and improvements in nutrition, training and health awareness. I am very passionate about baseball and I hope to develop a skillset through my current and further education to help me pursue a career in the sporting, entertainment, and or medical/health industry.

As a pitcher, I am especially interested in the delicate balance of arm strength and durability. Having dealt with a case of “little league elbow” in my youth, I have worked my arm back into shape through specific strength training and coaching.
